Risk Assessment for Slips and Trips:

1. Operatives must ensure all trailing leads and cables to be positioned and hung above head height. If this is not possible then leads and/or cables must be positioned along the skirting line and avoid doorways
2. All spillages are to be reported immediately.
3. All areas of the site must be kept orderly and clear of debris.in access egress routes;
4. Operatives will be appropriately instructed in the importance of reducing slips and trips, maintaining housekeeping and no horseplay.
5. Access and egress routes must remain clear at all times and not used as storage areas.
