Anchors, Hangers and Supports Installation

1. Ensure that all tools needed for Installation are ready.
2. Layout for Pipe Supports locations based on the approved drawings are using a chalk line to ensure straightness & run parallel to the alignment of adjacent building surfaces.
3. For horizontal pipes, measure locations of Supports and drill concrete pedestal and fix anchors, fix continuous thread rod on anchor complete with washer & nut then fix ring hangers.
4. horizontal pipe shall be provided with sway brace supports using galvanized steel channels or angles with U-bolts which will be anchored to the pedestals.
5. Pipework will rest freely on supports and be aligned properly before the final connection.
